The Brainworks Foundation program includes maths tutoring and English tutoring for students in years 1 to 10, building confidence in all areas. Your child will be assessed at their current level and a program tailored for their specific needs and goals.
Students build skills and confidence, gain exam question familiarity and develop exam strategies. Students study specific exam subjects including numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning, comprehension, maths and essay writing.

Are you are looking for tutoring that recognises your child's individual needs and educational goals? Your child will receive one to one teacher attention, their own individual curriculum and their progress will be continually assessed. Brainworks tutoring will build your child’s confidence and skills. We are now taking enrolments for maths and English tutoring, scholarship and selective entry exam preparation for:
- private school scholarship exams for example to Hume Anglican Grammar, Ivanhoe Grammar
- SEAL programs for example to St Monicas Horizon program, Mill Park Secondary Seal program
- select entry exams for Melbourne High, Mac.Robertson Girls and Suzanne Cory.

Get ready for 2025 selective school entry exams
You can start preparing in term 1 for specific 2025 selective school entrance exams to Melbourne High, Mac Robertson Girls’ High and Suzanne Cory High School with the Brainworks Selective School Program. Your child will learn about the selective exam process and study exam topics including reading comprehension, mathematics & problem solving, creative & persuasive writing, verbal reasoning and quantitative reasoning.
Students study specific exam subjects for the scholarship exams for Ivanhoe Grammar and Hume Anglican, the SEAL program for Mill Park Secondary and Gladstone Park Secondary and the Horizon program for St Monicas.
